Return & Refund Policy
At Kabinets and More, many of our products are custom-made or special-order. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
🚫 All custom, made-to-order, or special-order items are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.
This includes (but is not limited to):
Custom cabinetry
Modified sizes, colors, finishes, or designs
Special manufacturer orders
Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled.
2. Standard (Non-Custom) Products
Eligible non-custom items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:
The item is unused
In original packaging
Not installed or altered
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos of damage and packaging
Approved claims may receive a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing time: 7–10 business days
Shipping fees are non-refundable
